Refund and Returns Policy

At KazakhsDigital, we approach every project with care and precision, offering mobile app testing services designed to support your product’s success. As our work is based on time, expertise, and intellectual input, all services are non-returnable once delivered. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary, and we aim to handle such cases fairly and transparently.

A full refund may be issued if the project has not yet started and no internal resources have been allocated. This applies when the refund request is submitted within three business days of payment and no service-related work has commenced. Additionally, if we are unable to begin the project due to internal limitations, a full refund will be provided.

If the project is already in progress but only partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work already performed and the resources invested. This applies particularly when cancellation is initiated by the client for reasons unrelated to the quality of our services. In such cases, we calculate the refund based on the completed portion of the scope, minus any applicable administrative or planning costs.

Please note that refunds are not applicable once a project has been completed or entered its final stages. We also do not provide refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction, especially if the scope and expectations were clearly outlined and approved at the start. Since our job is to identify issues within your app, the discovery of critical bugs or system flaws is not grounds for a refund—it’s a sign that our work is delivering value.

If delays or interruptions in service are caused by the client—such as failure to provide timely feedback, access credentials, or necessary materials—these will not be considered valid grounds for a refund. We reserve the right to reschedule or pause the service in such cases.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original method of payment. If you wish to request a refund, please reach out to us at support@kazakhsdigital.guru, including your project name and a brief description of the situation. Our team will respond within two business days to review your case.

We always encourage open communication and aim to resolve any disagreements professionally and respectfully. If you’re unhappy with the direction or outcome of the work, please let us know — we’ll do our best to find a solution, whether it’s a revision, adjustment, or another form of resolution.
